The building was massive, but navigating to the lobby was a challenge due to lack of signage. The bathroom was extremely cramped, and one of the pillows had a terrible smell.

Decent but not great

The spot's location was perfect for hitting up the college nearby, which was a plus. But we had a rough check-in experience. The first room smelled like smoke, and the A/C was broken too. Staff was helpful in sorting that out. The bar area was nice though, I grabbed a drink there to unwind.

The heated indoor pool was nice, but the bathroom needed some extra love.

I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. The staff was responsive and helpful. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi access throughout my stay. The location was convenient for shopping and dining options nearby.

I had a nice 2-night stay here. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids and the breakfast was pretty good, but the exterior looked a bit worn compared to the photos.

The clean room had a quaint charm, albeit it felt a bit outdated. A pleasant surprise was the complimentary breakfast, which added value to our stay. However, the exterior needed significant upkeep—overgrown grass and cracked pavement created a poor initial impression. Also, the restaurant's odd hours made dining inconvenient. Despite being close to Route 80 and local dining options, the neglected areas around the property raised concerns about maintenance.

The room definitely needs some TLC. the overall appearance is worn, with the bathroom showing visible signs of neglect, like moldy grout and a small shower. I encountered a leaking roof in the courtyard during a rainstorm, making the area less appealing. I also noticed some noise disturbances from the pool area in the morning, which could be bothersome if you're trying to catch a few extra hours of sleep. Lastly, the air conditioning in my room struggled to keep up, making the temperature control inconsistent throughout the night.

the ramada had a nice front entrance that looked welcoming. the staff was helpful when we discussed our concerns, and kate at the front desk was particularly understanding. it was also conveniently close to some fun horror movie spots, which added a unique thrill to our stay.
